Google's US workforce by ethnicity (Overall), 2015–2022

Between 2015 and 2022, Google’s workforce saw a notable shift in ethnic representation. The percentage of Asian employees steadily increased from 34.9% to 46.3%, while the proportion of White employees declined from 59.3% to 40.2%. Representation of Black and Hispanic/Latinx employees also improved, with Black representation rising from 3.5% to 9.3%, and Hispanic/Latinx from 5.9% to 9.0%. Native American representation remained relatively flat, fluctuating around 0.8%.
