End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) before You purchase an activation key for TextQuery app, or before you download and use TextQuery app.

By purchasing an activation key and/or downloading and using TextQuery app, You agree, without reservation, to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree with the terms of this EULA, please do not purchase an activation key and/or download and use TextQuery app.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Shubham Jain (Developer) and it governs your use of TextQuery app made available to you by Developer.

License

Developer grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to Use TextQuery app in accordance with this EULA. Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.

Purchase And Activation

In order to use the App, you must purchase a valid license key from the Licensor or an authorized reseller. The license key is unique to you and must not be shared or resold. By purchasing the license key and activating the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

Ownership

The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights or interest in the App, except for the limited license granted herein.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• license, sell, rent, least, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit TextQuery app or make TextQuery app available to any third party.
• modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of TextQuery app.
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of TextQuery app.

Updates and Support

We may, from time to time, provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements to TextQuery (“Updates”). By installing or using TextQuery, you consent to receive such Updates. We may, but are not obligated to, provide technical support for TextQuery.

Liability limitation

The liability of Developer and any third party that has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of TextQuery app for all damages arising out of or in any way relating to TextQuery app and/or this EULA shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for TextQuery app.

Developer and any third party that has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of TextQuery app are under no circumstances liable for consequential or indirect damages (including damage for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, and the like arising out of the use or inability to use TextQuery app).

Modifications to this agreement

Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use TextQuery app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use TextQuery app.
